At Nilraj Fabrication, we strive to deliver high-quality furniture that meets your expectations. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return and refund process.
✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom-made or personalized furniture is not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
🚚 Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Clear photos of the issue must be shared within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email/WhatsApp number].

Our team will inspect the case and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item received back, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank details for NEFT transfer.
